Daniel A. Springer, Attorney at Law
Attorney Daniel A. Springer grew up in Johnsburg, IL. After graduating from Johnsburg High School, he attended Brigham Young University–Idaho before earning his law degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. While in law school, he volunteered at a legal clinic providing free services to low-income individuals and assisted bankruptcy firms in helping people eliminate debt.
Attorney Springer opened Springer Law Firm in 2014 and has focused exclusively on bankruptcy law ever since. Before starting his firm, he worked for one of the largest bankruptcy firms in the nation. Today, he combines over a decade of dedicated bankruptcy experience with a commitment to offering some of the most affordable attorney fees in the Rockford, IL area.
Michael Blissenbach, Attorney at Law

Brittney Springer, Legal Assistant
Brittney Springer works alongside both attorneys as the firm’s legal assistant. Often the first point of contact for clients, she guides them through the bankruptcy process. She manages client communication, organizes documents, and tracks progress to ensure each case moves forward smoothly toward a successful outcome.
With over a decade of experience as a stay-at-home mom and now years of hands-on work assisting with bankruptcy cases in the Northern District of Illinois, Brittney brings both organizational skill and genuine empathy to her role. She understands the stress financial difficulties create and is dedicated to making the process as simple and approachable as possible so clients feel a weight lifted from their shoulders.
