1St Step: Free CONSULTAtion

To begin preparing to file Bankruptcy we first like to set up a phone consultation for you to speak with one of our Attorneys. They are free and take about 15-20 minutes. 

2nd Step: Gathering DOcs and taking credit counseling course

Before we can prepare your case to be filed we need to gather some information from you and the courts require you to take a credit counseling course before filing. 

3rd Step: ZOOM ID Verification and Phone Review APPointments

Once your documents are ready to file we get you set up for your zoom call to confirm your ID and make sure you feel comfortable with zoom as that is how court will be completed. Followed by a phone review appointment with the attorney. 
Our attorney fees are due the day before the review. 
Day of review we pull your credit report and prepare your case to be filed.
